The Federal Court of Appeal made an important decision today and dismissed the application by the major telcos to reverse a CRTC decision significantly lowering wholesale internet rates. This was an unequivocal 3-0 decision by the Judges and supports the CRTC’s positive work to engender more competitive internet pricing for all Canadians.
